Once hub is set down, the garages/ garden spaces unfold, as do the main residential habitation arms to align with correct gravitational direction.
Car park on lowest level including other garages transport depots.
Rear would feature main monorail link and power generation.
Core and central atrium would rpovide main life support systems at heart of ship.
Engine cowls are hollowed out via nano fabrication and repurposed for extra offices and main workspaces. Light entertainments and leisure spots above car parks can be used for cafes or bars etc.
may elaborate on this diagram / design further.... [Watch This Space!]
plus the whole dropping arms thing is a bit clunky... not very sophisticated... i feel likie it's missing a central section for more utilitarian areas plus you wouldn't want the residential blocks to be too near to the industrial factory type parts of the ship/ hub for safety reasons....
Hmm... i can't quite remember.. i'll tell you if i remember, but i think it has something to do with te proximity of the space hanger to the residential blocks and the residential blocks not having too much space as a result. plus the power gens and the water filtration system wasn't too well thought out at this stage. perhaps what you see as the main central lower windowed facade would be covbered by solar panels instead for various systems but then it would have to be further up higher... as i said.. was mainly an aeshetic design but not majorly scientific on the design side...
